Digital Whale and Growth Desk are operated by Redlizard Studioz Inc. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
This page is a draft and will be updated before launch.

Who this covers
Visitors to digitalwhale.io, business customers who use Growth Desk, and the visitors who talk to a Growth Desk Conversation Bot on a customer’s website.
On this website
When you ask the Conversation Bot on digitalwhale.io a question, the conversation is sent to an AI provider (OpenAI) to write the answer. We don’t store it, and you shouldn’t share sensitive information in it. If you choose to send your details to our team, that happens through your own email app.
We record anonymous events, like which buttons are used and whether the bot was opened, to understand how the site is used. These events never include what you typed, personal details or payment information.
Your light or dark mode choice is remembered in your browser.
What we collect from businesses
The business information you give us so Growth Desk can work for you, such as services, pricing, service areas and business details.
Account details for the people on your team who use Growth Desk.
What we collect from visitors to a customer’s website
The messages a visitor sends to the Conversation Bot and the replies it gives.
Details a visitor chooses to share so the business can get back to them, for example a name, a way to reach them and what they asked about.
How it is used
To answer visitors’ questions, pass enquiries to the business, and help the business understand what customers ask.
Research we publish uses aggregated, anonymized data only, with permission or a contractual basis.
We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete information about you by writing to [email protected]. If you spoke to a Conversation Bot on a business’s website, you can also contact that business directly.
