These terms cover the use of Growth Desk, provided by Redlizard Studioz Inc. under the Digital Whale brand. They are written in plain English.

The service
Growth Desk is a set of products for small and owner-led service businesses: Conversation Bot, Blogs and Website, each available on its own or together in the Complete Package. Measure is not currently offered as a subscription.
Prices and billing
Prices are in US dollars and billed monthly: Conversation Bot $97.97/month, Blogs $47.47/month, Website $247.77/month, Complete Package $500/month.
The Complete Package includes a two-year price lock. Its exact entitlements are confirmed in the agreement you accept when you subscribe.
Seasonal offers apply only during the campaign stated in the offer.
Your information
You are responsible for the information you give us being accurate, especially services and pricing.
Your content and your leads remain yours. You give us permission to use them only to provide Growth Desk to you.
What the Conversation Bot does and doesn’t do
The Conversation Bot answers appropriate questions and captures interest. It cannot agree contracts on your behalf: quotes and bookings are confirmed by your team.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Growth Desk to publish unlawful, misleading or harmful content, or to collect information from visitors without a legitimate reason.
